Before Tryouts

1.  Complete the on-line registration process. Remember your Login and Password as you will have to log in again after tryouts and select your club. Click Here for Instructions for  North Texas Region Members

 

2.  Pay your Registration Fee to the North Texas Region. You may pay on-line with a credit card ONLY at the time you are registering. If you are not paying by credit card you will have to mail in your payment to:

3.  Print the email you received after registering for proof of membership.

1. Your NTR membership card or the email you received after registration.

2. 2013 Medical Release Form  (Click Here to download).

3. Tryout Fee

4. Plenty of water

AGE Definitions 2012-2013

18 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994

17 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

16 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

15 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997

14 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998

13 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 1999

12 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 2000

11 and Under Division:

Players who were born on or after September 1, 2001
